How are you Being?

What is central to us is to Be. This is not peripheral in the doing, holding on to the past or fearing our futures. It is not proving our worth or love by what we do or the money we make or do not mak

At a time of great distractions in the world, when we listen to all that is around us through our medias and what we read, and as we react between the screams and anguish of others and the pain we may be feeling, we may validate to our selves that things are not easy right now.

So today is a time to contemplate and give ourselves time to HEAR within.

What is central to us is to Be. This is not peripheral in the doing, holding on to the past or fearing our futures. It is not proving our worth or love by what we do or the money we make or do not make. It is simply hearing inside to know how to be in this, our next second of life. To be in “Well Being”… inside and with each other.

The indigenous communicator, Randy Woodley writes  “In the Cherokee language, this concept of well-being is often called Eloheh (pronounced ay-luh-HAY). The Cherokee meaning of well-being is deep and resonant, and it is hard to capture in English. Eloheh means “well-being,” yes, but it means so much more. Eloheh—what some traditions call the Harmony Way—describes a state of being when all is as it should be or as it was created to be. Eloheh means that people are at peace, not at war; that the Earth is being cared for and producing in abundance, so no one goes hungry. Eloheh means people are treating each other fairly and that no one is a stranger for very long.”

As I look to be utterly vulnerable and conscious to Bio-diversity, and how we are to be one with nature, it is hard for me not to have an outward energy of anger or hurt or frustration. Tragedy and discrimination can be everywhere I choose to look. Yet ever since I first witnessed a first wave creating my first sea of refugees in Mozambique twenty years ago, or walking and working in the streets of Kibera, the largest slum in Sub Sahara Africa which has over 1.5 people living in and 300,000 per square kilometer, or encountering my dear friend Kimmie Weeks who founded the child disarmament brigade in a Liberia jungle at 13 years old , I have been fashioned to be more awake to grace and the mercy of God. It was a surprising dawning feeling to feel the Grace of God in what others may describe as dark chaos yet to the very least the most is given.  Importantly it was in these places that I also witnessed the Mystery of the Holy Spirit, and I could reflect and contemplate inwardly how Mystery had appeared with the darkest shadows of my own life experiences.

So as I interact myself, experiencing how I am to be as one person within Bio Diversity today and then in my way and calling from within look at nudging humanity’s actions in harmony with nature around how we are each to be amongst the basic rights for all to shelter, food, water, clothing and energy… I lean on my feelings from what I have been blessed to witness, the encounters I have experienced, and the words of Daniella when she says “Sanará”, “It will heal”… All is to be in well being with ourselves, our true nature in harmony with the bio-diversity nature of our earth. How blessed we have been to live for a season of life in the Yucatán surrounded by the sea, the earth, the underground rivers, the jungle, the illuminating sky, the animals and our Mayan friends.

It interests me that as humanity we are being forced to relook at biodiversity and in this generation as i hear more and more people bring up the word ‘regeneration’ that it is this generation which is being asked to actually regenerate itself, our own way of Being.

At the same time, I sense it’s natural and inevitable as we all, as this generation, pass through this collective period of “Chaotic Emergence” into the tranquil seas of “Authentic Exchange” that we can be out of harmony. It’s not easy to be simple. It is not easy to love our neighbor as ourSelves . What was a simple directive has become so hard for many over the karmic placenta of time. In the challenges of our lives we can be unconscious and we may slip and yet compassion and self forgiveness are keys to return as quickly as we are able to being present and conscious within.

Today we ask you to contemplate, to HEAR inside, and perhaps sense or suggest two lines that are in your resonance and awareness of how to Be in the Being of your life.

If you would like to share here about Being and Well Being please feel free. And here are few of BEINGs from me.

BEING

To be is being

Not willing or wasing.

Being is an opening reception of what is.

Not a perception of what was or what may be,

And Being is to be shaped by the past for this very moment.

It is not an ego viced by a past held onto..

Being is in between all and nothing.

It’s a truth space beyond right and wrong.

Being is an and, but not the but.

And if you say you can’t , consider saying “I can not...until now.”

Being is.connected compassion

for what we didn’t know we knew... until now.

Being is living in this second

And then again this second and this second.

Being is written in the ledger of daily work

Not bound by deciphered codes of past works.

Being is vulnerability within.

Whilst harmonizing gentleness all around.

Being is being mind-full

And yet it is also mind-empty.

Being is nourishingly living on and for our lands,

not mining oblivion, oblivious to nurturing nature.

Being is a moving tide, waves dancing to a crescent moon,

Delivering oxygen, breath for us to be

Being is faith in humanity, beyond echos of remnant arrows.

freeing State whilst faithfully nudging darkness to its light.

Being is your and my authentic exchange

In a perpetual cycle of giving and receiving.

Being is Amen and Awomen

Residing together in common unity

Being is as it is.

To be as it is.
